Ron Willms, Director, Finance and Administration will be leaving Tabor Village in July to take on a new leadership role with an elder care and housing community.
Tabor is incredibly grateful for the challenges that Ron turned into opportunities over the five years he worked in this role. Ron’s maternal grandparents live at Tabor Village when he joined the organization and was a devoted grandson who advocated not only for his family but for all older persons living in care, assisted living and independent apartments. It has been wonderful to work with Ron who led a great team of dedicated people in Finance supporting all business functions that ensured the mission of Tabor Village was fulfilled. Ron has been a consistent emotional support for many during his time at Tabor Village and has been the go-to colleague to weather through the pandemic.
Ron will ensure a seamless transition with his replacement including advising on the recruitment process over the coming months. While we are excited for Ron with this new opportunity and wish him well, we will always remember his professionalism and accounting acumen, analytical skills and positive approach.
